The New Courage

The New Courage

The New Courage.   13764431_s

I was driving on the Tappan Zee Bridge yesterday at a snail’s pace and I had an epiphany. So many people just squirm and never really get started moving. It’s true in business and in life. It’s like we are stuck in the mindlessness and indoctrination of society to be a way that our body, mind and soul do not want to be. We are never real and never fully present. We are masked and we are polite.

We stay stuck, we procrastinate and we get nowhere. What we need is the New Courage. The courage to speak out, take action and risk moving forward with our dreams and desires. How do you get the New Courage? First step, you get real with your self and with others. No more hiding out with the ego. Say what you mean and do what you say. No sugar coating.

Stop listening to all the voices in your head. Use one true voice, focus the voice and speak in that voice. Don’t think of outcomes. Think focus. Write the focus out with your hands or ON your hands. Place it where you can see it. Speak the focus to all who will listen. Smell success. Taste the success. Engage all your senses in the process. This is New Courage. The empowering of your full body, mind and soul in action.

Most of us will never truly speak. Or, we will stop after we speak and will continue to squirm. To move forward takes all of our body, mind, senses and soul to engage.

Be the New Courage.

Georgia – Beautifully stated & here’s to the New Courage! I feel so aware of my soul’s dreams, thoughts & voice, yet not as sure in my body. Thank you for the reminder for engaging my body, mind, senses & soul. My body is telling me to get moving today! 😉

The New Courage: I LIKE that! And it’s definitely something I need to become more in tune with. There are many time lately when I don’t feel fully present. Sometimes moving forward IS a risk, but it must be done!
