What is your motivation? Your WHY for the goal. Know this and you will be much more productive.
Write It Down- Set Goals
Always write down your goals. Research always shows that goals written keep you on target and you are 85% more likely to complete the goal. write down your goals and place it in a location where you will look at it every day will keep it at the front of your mind.

Set a Deadline for Your Goals.
A goal without a deadline is for the most part, useless. It’s the equivalent of wanting to make a house, but with no particular time frame in mind. Would you find it acceptable for it to take 35 years to complete a modest 3-bedroom home?
Nobody in their right mind would and is exactly why you must schedule your goals. It may be a bit difficult to estimate a completion time, but find what pace you are comfortable at, and go a bit over it. If your goal is doing a book, and you can comfortably write 500 words a day, aim for 750. This will leave you feeling driven, in that you are capable of much more than you thought.
